Control center is the basis for all safety, control, services and added value. Optimized design and standard can provide highest comfort for their day to day activities.
Considering that in this room all systems are monitored and managed and in critical times, these systems must function as one and operators must be able to communicate properly, designing method is considered as such. For example, in fire situations, CCTV operator shows the Place, and simultaneously BMS operator must manage that are such that all Escalators must be deactivated and AHU must be stopped and smoke extracts must be activated. Also the access control operator must close all door leading to the fire area and open all exit doors. PA/VA operator must activate the alarm and caution messages in this scenario and other operators must follow the Cause and Effect rules that are in place.
